I am happy that, you have decided to visit our Web site of New Horizon Institute of Technology and Management, located at Thane (West) in the State of Maharashtra.  Our campus is set up in lush green sylvan surroundings in a conveniently located position.  Affiliated to the University of Mumbai, we offer Four-year BE programs in Civil, Mechanical, Computer, Electronics & Electrical and Mechatronics Engineering. We are eager to offer a high quality classroom and laboratory based teaching along with research based project work in these programs.

Research plays a very important role in the overall development of an academic institution and the growth of any country. A major component in the ranking process of world universities is the research output and high-quality publication. Indian government has taken extra initiatives in the development of various research work across the country.

NHITM is committed to imbibe Research & Development activities in its pedagogical approach in addition to the prescribed syllabus of their curriculum. In this current trend of fast changing scenario of technology, we emphasize on preparing our students to be able to learn new ideas and develop skills to offer solutions as per the growing industry demands. Each student will get the opportunity to carry on project under qualified faculty members and be able to present their novel findings in some international conferences and publish it in the Proceedings and Journals.
