Guidelines / Instructions for Student Degree Verification:

  1. Any bonafide student of NHITM can apply for Verification of University documents like Degree Certificate, Statement of Marksheets or CGPI to Percentage conversion certificate
  2. Read all the instructions carefully before starting the online application process.
  3. Upload the following documents:
    1. Photocopy of Degree Certificate / Provisional Certificate
    2. Consolidated Statement of Grade sheets / Mark Sheets (All Semesters) self-attested,
    3. Passport size photo
    4. A proof of identity of the candidate

Note:

  • Kindly make sure the PDF of scanned marksheets is less than 5MB, preferably even less.
  • Use a naming convention as: yourname_yourdept_Degreecertificate/marksheet/Identityproofname.pdf
  1. Fees can be paid either online or offline.
  2. Note down the transaction ID immediately after making the online or offline payment.
  3. Fees once paid is not refundable.
  4. Upload the Transaction done (Online/Offline) receipt in pdf/jpeg format.
  5. State the reason for Degree Verification.
  6. Any additional requirement should be mentioned in “Additional Requirement” tab of the application form.
  7. Press the Submit button.
  8. The Document verification process will be done in 10 working days from the date of application.
  9. Once the process of degree verification is processed the Soft copy of Degree Verification in NHITM template format will be sent on the given verifier’s email id
